QUARTERLY COMPETITION (bullet point summary)

2nd QTR 2025 due by midnight, Thursday, APRIL 10th

BULLET POINTS of KEY RULES:
• Only one digital image may be entered per member each quarter.
• Submissions will not be accepted after the designated deadline.
• A digital image of the submission must be sent or given to the Competition Chair by midnight on the deadline date.
• JPEG file, not to exceed 1920 pixels wide x 1080 pixels tall. Vertical images can be no more than 1080 pixels tall.
• Use photographer name + photo title for the JPEG file name. (i.e. JohnSmith.PhotoTitle.jpg)
• Photos that have placed in any club competition, including Scavenger Hunt, may not be submitted.
• Photos should not include a watermark or digital mat.
• Email the following information to HARLEY GALLAND-DUTOIT: gallandstreet@gmail.com
• Title of photograph
• Photographer’s name
• Skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced)
• Watermarked version of your photo (optional), if you prefer for online presentation

1. Enter your full name and correct email address. This allows us to know whose image has been uploaded and you should receive a confirmation email from Dropbox as well.
2. Select your file, then click UPLOAD.
3. IMPORTANT! After you click the UPLOAD button, leave the upload window open until you see confirmation message "FINISHED UPLOADING.")
4. You should also receive an email confirmation from Dropbox to the address you entered prior to upload. Check your spam folder if it seems to be missing.
