The party will be held on Thursday, December 12th, from 6:00-8:30PM with dinner served at 6:30PM. Event will be held at Springfield Brewing Company, 305 S. Market Avenue in Springfield. Meet upstairs in the Beer Hall room when you arrive.

Please bring a wrapped Christmas ornament if you would like to participate in that annual gift exchange.

The menu will be roasted chicken served with mashed potatoes, country style green beans (with bacon and onions), and herb veloute sauce. Water is provided or attendees may pay for their own drinks (tea, soft drinks, cash bar).

You may pay with cash or credit card during an upcoming meeting (Thursdays, October 24th or November 14th) or pay now with PayPal through this online portal. Online cost is $26 per person (yourself and one guest if you would like) which includes a $2/person convenience fee to cover additional costs to the club.

Deadline to register is November 21st so the club can let Springfield Brewing Company know the number for their preparations. November 14th is the last in-person meeting when you may pay without the $2/person additional online convenience fee.
